Vøringsfossen is Norways most famous waterfall.

The waterfall longest drop is 145 meters, but the falls is 182 meters high and is part of the river Bjoreio. The river is regulated in connection with power generation, but has a minimum flow in summer.
You will find the falls along Highway 7 between Bergen and Oslo.
In 2006 this was Norways most visited natural tourist attraction.

From Bergen: Train to Voss, bus 990 to Bu terminal and bus 991 to Fossatromme.
From Oslo: Train to Geilo and buss 991 to Fossatromme.
